People love their pets and pampering pets is on the rise. Dog groomers are in demand. A young person could secure a position in a dog grooming salon or veterinary practice where grooming takes place. Dog groomers sometimes employ people to sweep up, bathe dogs and assist with basic grooming.
There are many careers teens can prepare for now by taking part-time jobs or internships. It can give them the advantage of experimenting with different jobs to see where their interest takes them. Exploring careers in the teenage years now can also enable a young person to realize a career they thought they were interested in is not for them after all.
